What Your Support Makes Possible
Together, we're creating a place where nurses can find mentorship, inspiration, practical resources, and genuine community. Your support helps strengthen a mission focused on empowering nurses through faith, education, and connection.
Hi, I’m Shenell Thompkins—nurse, mentor, podcast host, and faith-centered nurse educator. I created All One Nurse to bridge the gap between the stethoscope and the soul, helping nursing students and new nurses find confidence, clarity, and purpose in a fast-paced healthcare world.
Through my podcast, mentorship programs, and educational resources, I offer clinical guidance, relational wisdom, and spiritual encouragement that meet new nurses right where they are. Whether it’s building clinical skills, or encouraging the heart behind the scrubs, I believe in nurturing both competence and compassion.
If you’ve ever felt inspired by an All One Nurse podcast episode, social post, or resource— your support means the world. Every donation helps grow our reach, develop transformative content, and pour back into future generations of nurses with faith-led guidance and practical mentorship.
