Hey, I'm Alli.
I'm the founder of The Equity Practice, a consultancy helping social sector and nonprofit organizations move from surviving to transforming. My work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, restorative justice, and liberation philosophy, and it's rooted in a simple but radical belief: that the conditions for people to thrive at work are not a luxury. They're a birthright.

I write, speak, and teach about the organizational patterns that keep well-meaning leaders stuck. Lik the accidental promises, the cascade of disconnection, the gap between the culture we say we have and the one we're actually living in. My content draws on movement history, research, and the real, hard, beautiful work of transformation I've witnessed with clients.
