Welcome! Come hang out, chances are I already have a coffee but I'd love for you to stick around a while - talk all things healthy about our headspace and nutrition and our mindsets.

To reintroduce me, I'm Tara.
I'm a Potty Mouthed Dog Mom, Nutrition Coach, Photo Taker, Receipe Maker and Burpee Hater ... who lives in an actual Zoo.

Every week I'll publish a new recipe and if you have a question or would like to read about something specific, buy me a coffee and I'll see what I can do 😊

These posts are my way of cheering you on, giving you a kick up the bum and a cuddle at all the same time. And also a way of sharing something I have found motivating - or probably absolutely fucking ridiculous. I'll also talk about sustainable habits (especially post weight loss surgery).

As I get kicked off and on a roll, you might see a few repeats or sentences you have already heard me utter. I'm going to be bringing in all the stories I have told and I will be keeping them in this one location going forward.
