There are times in your life when you know something needs to change, but you can't quite put your finger on what.

Maybe:

you're overwhelmed
you've outgrown the life you built
the things that used to feel right don't anymore
you've simply spent so much time taking care of everyone and everything else that you've lost touch with what you actually want.

And when you feel this way, it's tempting to start making a new plan. New goals, routines, systems; a new version of you.

But what if you don't need another plan just yet? What if you just need to listen first?

Start with these four questions.

1. What is trying to get my attention right now?

Before you try to fix anything, pause.

What have you been

feeling?
thinking?
craving?
avoiding?
noticing lately?

Give yourself permission to listen without judging what comes up.

2. What do I actually want?

Not what you should want.

What do you want?

More space?
More creativity?
A different pace?
A new challenge?
Less responsibility?
More connection?
A life that actually feels like yours?

You don't have to know exactly how to get there yet. Start with getting honest about what you're longing for.

3. What needs to shift?

Once you know what you want, look at what's currently standing in the way.

Maybe you need to change a routine, ask for support, make space for something new, or finally admit that something isn't working anymore.

Alignment isn't about creating a perfect life. It's about making choices that are more honest about where you are and where you're going.

4. What is one aligned action I can take?

This is where reflection becomes movement.

You don't need a five-year plan. You don't even need to know every step. You just need one next step.

Ask yourself: "What would the woman I'm becoming do next?" Then choose your next step.

Because becoming isn't one giant transformation. It's built through the tiny decisions you make again and again, every day.

You're not behind. You're becoming.

If you're in a season of uncertainty, remember that not having all the answers doesn't mean you're lost. Sometimes you're simply between chapters. The old version of your life has stopped fitting, and the next version hasn't fully taken shape yet.

That's okay. Pause, listen, get curious. Then take one aligned step at a time.
