We are the Holy Elisabeth Sisterhood of Mercy, serving in Jerusalem at the Alexander Compound. Our ministry is dedicated to all Orthodox Christians of the world, and we carry forward here, at the heart of the Holy Land, a tradition of compassion, prayer, and service rooted in the name of the Holy Martyr Grand Duchess Elisabeth.

Through daily prayer, hospitality, and care for pilgrims and the needy alike, we seek to keep alive the spirit of mercy that has guided this sisterhood since its founding offering a place of refuge, faith, and fellowship for Orthodox Christians who come from every corner of the world to this sacred ground.
