Hi! My name is Alex. I’m a developer living in the Netherlands.
I created Taalfiets - an online Dutch vocabulary trainer made especially for Russian speakers.
It already works:
- Generates themed word lists with AI;
- Creates natural Dutch and Russian audio;
- Runs training sessions - flashcards and audio spaced repetition.
You can just put on your headphones, start a session, and learn Dutch words while riding your bike 🚴️.
Now I’m raising funds to:
- integrate payment system (Mollie for iDeal and cards);
- open registration for all users;
- improve AI generated word lists with better alignment by language level.
Every cup of coffee helps me make Taalfiets more accessible and useful for everyone learning Dutch!
