A proposito di AIP:Aero

AIP:Aero is a free flight-preparation tool for general-aviation pilots. It pulls together official AIPs and approach charts (VFR, IFR and heliports) from more than 50 countries, so you can plan a flight without hunting across a dozen national websites.


It's completely free. No registration, no ads. That's a deliberate choice, because safer flight prep shouldn't sit behind a paywall or a login.


Running it isn't free, though. Server hosting, data feeds and keeping every chart current each AIRAC cycle come to around €160 a month, which I pay myself. The full breakdown is public at aip.aero/support, down to the last line item. If AIP:Aero has ever saved you some work before a flight, a coffee helps keep it online, ad-free and open to everyone.
