Operational: KOMPAS

imageMost "values" exercises ask you to circle the ones that resonate. You end up with fifteen, all important, all equally weighted. Useless when a real decision arrives.

KOMPAS forces the order.

You start with 140 values. You filter them down. The final ten go through pairwise comparison — the arena. Each round, two values compete. You pick one. Repeat until the system has enough data to build a transitive ranking with no ties.

The output is three things:

A primary archetype — one of fourteen, with a hybrid possible if your top two clusters land close.

A priority vector — your top ten in order, with the point spread visible.

A radar map — the same values projected across fourteen thematic clusters, then collapsed into one of fourteen archetypes (eighteen hybrids if your top two clusters land close).

You can revisit it. After three, six, or twelve months (you choose the horizon), the Time Capsule shows what shifted.

No quiz. No personality test. No language about discovering your true self. The system holds up under use because it does one thing — turn vague values into a usable hierarchy — and gives you a result you could actually defend.

Three languages (PL/EN/FR), iOS and Android.
