About Guacamole
I’m working on launching a Fine Dining Fast Food concept in Damascus, inspired by the style of Roadster Diner in Lebanon. The restaurant will offer unique starters, salads, sandwiches, burgers, sides, and creative “desserts in a cup.”
This will be something completely new for Syria — a trendy, modern food experience that I believe will create a big buzz.
With my strong background in hospitality, restaurants, and travel across many countries, especially my deep experience in Lebanese dining, I’m confident this project will succeed.
