À propos A Glimmer a Day
Podcast, Blog, Videos, Memes
Hello I run the A Glimmer a Day Podcast and website/ blog. I hope to spread the message that even when life is tough we need to look for our glimmers- those micro-moments of joy in the day that calm our brains and nervous system.
We also offer a platform via our podcast for ordinary people to tell their stories- their struggles, of overcoming adversity, their hopes and glimmers. We want to enable everyone to have a voice and be heard and also encourage listeners to understand that they are not alone in their struggles.
As someone currently unable to work due to health issues I'd really appreciate the support of a coffee and I hope you continue to enjoy the content and looking for your glimmers!
