My name is Agathe, and what has been driving me through the past 15 years, is the power of a good story. Whether it is through reading silently, writing, painting, watching it on screen or on stage, or listening to one with your eyes closed... There's nothing like it!

As an actress and voice-over artist, the most direct way for me to tell a story, is to whisper directly into your ears. That is why I chose to start an audiobook channel. I love hearing a good story, and I love telling one. And I want everybody to be able to have access to it. Before this project I knew nothing about sound editing or sound design. I spent the last few weeks learning by doing. Donations will help me secure time to learn more and more and get better everyday. Which will automatically help secure a steady rhythm of publication. I aim to post one story per week within the same series, then a one-month break to prepare the next series, etc. Programmation shall be quite eclectic, I am choosing to read and share stories that I love. That is my only constant. This channel is my own personal little book nook, I hope it will become yours too. I will start with a long series of tales, for children and grown ups. First series : the tales of Charles Perrault. Other tales shall follow, then short-stories, poetry, philosophy, and so much more genres and styles that I would like to explore. I have a LOT of ideas for the next few months, but if there is a specific story that you would like me to record, feel free to write to me ;)

I am starting the channel in French, so if you are learning the language (or if you want to), listening is a great way to get your ear used to the rhythm, melody and pronunciation, while (re)discovering old classics. If you are French, this will most certainly be a good way to dive back into the magic of your childhood memories.
