After Dinner Conversation" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">After Dinner Conversation is a growing series of short stories (and podcasts) across genres to draw out deeper discussions with friends and family. Each story is an accessible example of an abstract ethical or philosophical idea and is accompanied by suggested discussion questions.

We spend countless hours combing through submissions looking for the needle in a haystack to publish. Typically, we read 20+ stories to find just one to publish. Then, we pay the writer to acquire the rights to publish their short story. Then we pay for cover artwork. (Not to mention the layout/design time)

In spite of all this, we give away most of the short stories because we want to spread the word about thoughtful conversations. This isn't a publication, it's a mission!
