Africa Realities Media is an independent African accountability media platform based in London. We challenge the normalisation of African suffering, expose the systems that protect abusive governments, and demand equal truth, equal justice and equal protection for African people.

Many abuses facing African communities are committed by African states, ruling elites, armed groups and security forces. But they are often sustained by international silence, lobbying, public relations, trade interests, migration deals and unequal global accountability.

We speak to Africa and to the developed world because both are part of the story. While some governments spend public money on lobbyists to present a good image abroad, ordinary African people continue to face violence, hunger, disease, displacement, poverty, repression and exclusion.
