I am exposing what I consider to be a major crime case involving the misuse of public funds, including post-earthquake reconstruction programs, and serious misconduct in judicial proceedings in Italy.
Following the devastating 2016 Central Italy earthquake, substantial public resources were allocated for reconstruction and economic recovery. Based on extensive documentation in my possession, serious irregularities have occurred in the allocation and proper use of these funds.
Specifically, a private entity, a small family-run company named F.lli Petrucci S.r.l., operating in the province of Rieti (Lazio Region), has significantly benefited from public financial support in violation of legal requirements and subsequently misappropriated industrial assets belonging to legal entities — R.BRUNELLI S.p.A. and BRUNELLI SUD S.p.A. — linked to my family’s business, part of a long-established dairy manufacturing company producing Pecorino Romano PDO cheese in Rome since 1938. These multi-million-euro assets have been essentially seized and transferred at zero value, in breach of applicable laws, under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
Overall, these circumstances raise serious concerns regarding the fairness of procedures, the transparency of public funding mechanisms, and the integrity of related judicial processes.
Despite the existence of extensive documentary evidence — including public records, financial statements, notarized acts, official deeds, expert reports, cadastral data, and post-earthquake funding documentation — the handling of the matter by the Italian prosecutorial system has given rise to serious concerns. Rather, they have continued to dismiss the case despite the presence of compelling evidence.
To raise public awareness, a petition has been created on Change.org (in Italian), calling for the opening of a parliamentary inquiry within the Italian institutions, given that the events took place on Italian territory.

At the same time, due to the nature and scope of the issues involved, the possibility of bringing the matter to the attention of supranational judicial authorities is being considered, given that bribery and corruption may be involved.
The objective is to ensure that all relevant facts are independently assessed and that any responsibilities are clarified through appropriate institutional channels.
