Відомості Ty Tidwell
Hey there 👋 I’m Ty Tidwell, an IT specialist and open-source enthusiast who loves building practical tools that make self-hosting, automation, and privacy-focused setups easier for everyone.
What started as a weekend project to simplify my own home server stack has grown into projects like qb-port-sync — a lightweight, reliable way to keep qBittorrent and Gluetun perfectly in sync for VPN port forwarding.
I’m passionate about creating tools that “just work,” helping people save time, avoid manual fixes, and learn more about Docker and networking along the way. Every line of code, workflow, and container image is something I personally use and refine in real-world setups.
Your support means more than just a cup of coffee ☕ — it helps cover the costs of development, hosting, and testing across platforms, and it keeps me motivated to build new features, write better documentation, and share more open-source projects with this amazing community.
If my work has saved you time, simplified your setup, or taught you something new, consider buying me a coffee to help fuel the next idea 🚀
Thank you for being part of this journey — your encouragement keeps the code flowing and the coffee brewing.
