I am a writer, traveller, teacher and guide exploring the messy, funny, beautiful business of being alive. My work blends travel stories, personal growth, nervous system wisdom and spiritual curiosity, with a healthy dose of humour and real-life-ness. I believe the outer world and inner world are always talking to each other, and I'm mostly here to follow the clues, laugh, love and have some fun. I don't need everyone to understand me. I just hope my words find the people they were written for.
