The Drafts I Was Never Supposed to Show You
I've made a decision. And like every decision that actually matters, it didn't come quietly.
I'm opening a private section behind the Buy Me a Coffee wall — a place for the personal writings. The unfiltered ones. The pieces that lived in the margins of survival, scrawled in the in-between hours when I didn't have much else but words and whatever was left of my nerve.
Let me be clear about one thing first: none of this is meant to wound anyone. Not intentionally. Not ever.
Where these words came from
Some of what you'll find was written in the heat of the moment — raw, still smoking, not yet cooled into anything polished or presentable.
Some of it was a cry for help dressed up as creativity — words thrown into the void, hoping something would catch them. And thank G-d, some of those cries were actually heard.
Other pieces were born out of pure, unglamorous survival. Writing to stay awake in a public space where sleeping wasn't an option — because in this city, like most cities, your presence is quietly criminalized the moment you stop spending money or moving fast enough. Writing to hold off the boredom. Writing to give my hands something to do while my mind was somewhere it didn't want to be.
And sometimes? It was release. A controlled demolition of the chaos living inside my chest.
What's actually behind the wall
If you've followed the public work and ever wondered what it sounds like before the edit — before the headline, before the caption, before the careful framing — this is where that lives.
The drafts. The 3am entries. The things I wrote when I was certain nobody would ever read them. This is the archive behind the work — and it's open now.
How to come in
One coffee ($5) gets you the key. Not because I think my pain has a price tag — but because the walls make the room smaller, and smaller rooms hold harder truths better.
Consider yourself warned. And just as much, welcomed.
