I’ve been working as a full stack developer since 2004 and my latest pride and joy is Admiko, the fastest Laravel admin builder. The main idea behind Admiko is to replace hours of work with a few mouse clicks and free your time for more important tasks. Or for surfing if you will :D

Early access to Admiko is public and it will continue to be so for a few months. Lately I have used it for several projects to create CMS without writing a single line of code. If you define the content of front-end sections correctly, your new CMS is only a few clicks away.

Admiko has a long history as an in-house project used only by myself. It all started sometime in 2012 as a contemplation about how to speed up boring, repetitive tasks and avoid typing errors and code debugging. I wrote the first code the very same year and developed a user interface soon after. I was very excited and happy that what I had created was working. However, the achieved functionality was very limited, and soon I wanted more. The idea I had was very challenging, and my, at a time, spaghetti code required extensive debugging if it is to include desired functionality. I made further improvements in 2014. I added more advanced features and file export for custom PHP CMS and Laravel 4. Even though it was incomplete, with a somewhat broken user interface, and with various bugs, I used it until the end of 2019 for almost every small and medium size project that I delivered, which accounted for a  total of 105 websites. And yes, I was amazed with the number of projects and how much time it saved me. But the downside was that I had to do some CMS coding for almost every project to meet the client's requirements.

In 2019 friends, colleagues, and business partners convinced me to finish the job and make it public. They won’t admit it, but I’m sure they had  their own interest in mind. They had enough of begging and beer-bribing me for each of their new projects.  ;)

So the work had begun. Building Admiko was like a maze; on several occasions I reached a dead-end, had to delete most of the code and start from scratch. I had discarded plain PHP CMS and focused primarily on Laravel. As of June 2021, Admiko was about 30-40% completed. This is because I intend to add many more features that will speed up admin panel development even more.
