creating posts and YouTube, IG and FB videos to help your ADHD Journey
Hey my ADHD Family!!! I am so excited that you are here!
I am a mother of two children that have ADHD, and I also have ADHD. My goal is to continue to create posts, videos, and podcasts (upcoming) that give you as much information as you need to help you with your ADHD journey. I want you to have that information at your fingertips, whether the content is for you or your children. I don't want you to feel like you are traveling these roads alone.

Thank you for buying me a coffee and supporting my work!!
