"You can't be a great leader, if you're not a great you!"
Hi there, and welcome to my leadership and personal growth page. I’m Andrea, and I spend my time encouraging leaders to take time out to focus on themselves and their leadership. Drawing from over two decades of experience, I’m more than aware of the core skills required for Great Leadership. I'm a true believer that Great Leadership starts with you. And that’s why I’ve developed the ‘5 Principles of Great Leadership,’ my unique perspective on leadership focusing on your ‘internal stuff,’ nurturing your inner leader, and putting yourself at the heart of leadership. You see, developing your leadership and personal growth is a choice, as my Dad used to say: It’s either important, or it’s not. You choose! So, whether you’re just starting your journey of exploration, seeking deeper insights and guidance, or looking for personalised support; I’m here to help you thrive as a leader. Whatever you choose, embrace it wholeheartedly. For the last decade, I’ve been passionately writing about leadership and personal growth in my blog , centred on my ‘5 Principles of Great Leadership’. These nuggets of wisdom cater specifically to Executives and Leaders who prioritise leading themselves first, offering them an insight into success and fulfilment. My work has gained global recognition, featured in numerous national and international publications, reinforcing my dedication to personal growth and self-improvement. Examples include Thrive Global, CMI, CIPD, Elephant, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, and Queensland Association of State School Principals. If you want exclusive leadership insights, prompts, tips, and inspiration delivered directly to your inbox, consider joining my weekly email community . Subscribers receive valuable content that goes beyond what’s available on my blog. A strong believer in only spending time on activities that energise me, I encourage leaders to do the same. When I’m not watching football, or being creative, I can be found gardening, out and about in nature, and sitting watching the world go by. So please, join me on this journey of personal and leadership growth. Subscribe to my email community and Buy me a Coffee. Thanks for your support!
