Àcid Úric is the personal project of Oriol Cardona, singer and guitarist who has also participated in formations such as The Jumping Jacks, Sweet Dreams, Teen Spirit, Gradus Ad Parnassum, Caca Fugitiva, Mama Set, Jam de Perles, Pua Lila, Aramateix, Smoking Stones, Riot Act or Los Eléctricos.
In 2006 he recorded the first album called Explicit Lyrics and in 2008 the project finally stepped on the stage for the first time. Gradually, two new songs were published (Com un Himne and (Això és) Rock), which ended up forming the second work of the project, a single called Corrosivament.
In 2011, the project reappeared in concert before releasing a new work, an EP of three songs called Déu Sap Que Ha Arribat L’hora (which includes C-17, Últim Anònim and Néixer i Morir).
The return to the stage in 2011 became the embryo of the Gira Crucis 2011/2012, which took us through the Catalan geography during 22 concerts that ended with the charity concert for the Food Bank on June 1 2012, in Vic
The Gira Crucis Tour was followed by La Sang Tour, a tour with which we remained on stage until 2014.
Now we are in 2023, 2024 and... let's continue!

Àcid Úric es el proyecto personal de Oriol Cardona, cantante y guitarrista que también ha participado en formaciones como The Jumping Jacks, Sweet Dreams, Teen Spirit, Gradus Ad Parnassum, Caca Fugitiva, Mama Set, Jam de Perles, Pua Lila, Aramateix, Smoking Stones, Riot Act o Los Eléctricos.
En 2006 grabó el primer disco llamado Explicit Lyrics y en 2008 el proyecto finalmente subió al escenario por primera vez. Poco a poco se fueron publicando dos nuevas canciones (Com un Himne y (Això és) Rock), que acabaron formando el segundo trabajo del proyecto, un sencillo llamado Corrosivament.
En 2011, el proyecto reapareció en concierto antes de publicar un nuevo trabajo, un EP de tres canciones llamado Déu Sap Que Ha Arribat L’hora (que incluye C-17, Últim Anònim y Néixer i Morir).
El regreso a los escenarios en 2011 se convirtió en el embrión de la Gira Crucis 2011/2012, que nos llevó por la geografía catalana durante 22 conciertos que acabaron con el concierto benéfico del Banc dels Aliments el 1 de junio de 2012, en Vic.
Al Gira Crucis le siguió La Sang Tour, una gira con la que permanecimos en los escenarios hasta el 2014.
Ahora estamos en 2023, 2024 y... ¡seguimos!

El 2006 va gravar el primer disc anomenat Explicit Lyrics i el 2008 el projecte finalment va pujar a l'escenari per primera vegada. A poc a poc es van anar publicant dues noves cançons (Com un Himne i (Això és) Rock), que van acabar formant el segon treball del projecte, un senzill anomenat Corrosivament.
L'any 2011, el projecte va reaparèixer en concert abans de publicar un nou treball, un EP de tres cançons anomenat Déu Sap Que Ha Arribat L'hora (que inclou C-17, Últim Anònim i Néixer i Morir).
El retorn als escenaris l'any 2011 es va convertir en l'embrió de la Gira Crucis 2011/2012, que ens va portar per la geografia catalana durant 22 concerts que van acabar amb el concert benèfic del Banc dels Aliments l'1 de juny de 2012, a Vic.
Al Gira Crucis el va seguir La Sang Tour, una gira amb la qual vam romandre als escenaris fins al 2014.
