Hello!  I'm Katharine, and in the early stages of starting my regenerative farming journey in the Scottish Highlands - you can now buy me a tree!

I'm slowly implementing an agroforestry system across my 70 acres of paradise, with my sheep, ducks and geese helping me manage the mosaic of habitats to increase biodiversity and suit an abundance of wildlife.

I’m committed to nature-friendly farming, raising healthy animals in healthy ecosystems full of diverse life, and  producing nutritious food and useful fibre products with provenance.

We produce pasture-fed hogget and mutton, rare breed Shetland Duck and Goose eggs, and home crafted woollen creations by weaving, wet felting, needle felting, spinning and knitting with my flock’s fleeces. I have also begun to home tan sheepskins with natural ingredients.

As well as producing goods for sale we believe it's important to feed ourselves, so we have a veg garden, orchard and food forest, and we forage for wild food too.  I am just starting to plant a natural dye garden too, to colour the fleeces from the landscape they are grown.
