Hi there, I'm Aaron Shu. I sustained a spinal cord injury at birth, which resulted in a disability, ie mobility impairment. I have never walked or stood up my entire life. I get by with the assistance of a wheelchair.
I make videos and create disability-related content. My passion is to demystify and bring more disability awareness, by breaking & addressing stereotypes and other core issues around disability, such as accessibility and inclusion.

I have been very suicidal this last year and a bit but more so in the last few months.
Hi my name is Fi Garrett, as in Fee not Fiiii or fo fum or up ya bum 😜. Excuse me I'm a little bit cheeky. 🤗.
Mostly this last year or so I have been diagnosed with stage 2 -3 Osteoarthritis c4 5, 6 and 7 degenerative disc deterioration and scaliosis.
I just turned 50 last month in December and am absolutely traumatized with how fast I am deteriorating with these awful conditions.
I am a dj, a wannabe music producer, a brand and record label owner a self taught graphic designer and video content creator and lastly a wife and mother to two adult children and online mama to all.
Because of my conditions it has brought me nothing but stress chronic 24 hours pain that I can not escape as nothing works. This has lead to developing massive depression and anxiety where I don't even leave the house much anymore.
Till now.
You have just given me some encouragement to fight harder. If not for myself but for people like you.
