@SchoolReports any way to get a copy of the file to print out that data tracking sheet that you use while freeze drying? Thank you. Love your channel, bought my small Harvest Right a few months ago. Only regret is that I didn't get the Medium!
Thanks for the support! (Please forgive me for the long delay if I hadn't acknowledged it earlier. I just found some BMAC messages caught in the spam folder)Thanks for watching and for commenting! I'm happy to share everything I use. 😁 These are the freeze drying batch worksheets we've been using: (we use the 4 tray one because our machine has 4 trays) They were made using OpenOffice. If they look useful you can download them and change them in any why you want to suit your needs. Thank you for the only clear answer I could find anywhere (including the MrC support line) that it's okay to run the lines out of the left side where the cutouts are marked and it seems logical, considering that it comes that way. For me, it was that or send the unit back because I am mounting it on a 12+ inch interior facing masonry wall. Hey, your craftsmanship and thoughtful approach is also an inspiration for viewers. Enjoyable to watch.
