I show how nature can inspire us to grow. I'm the founder of Ancient and Sacred Trees a volunteer run not for profit community. I promote celebration, protection and planting of trees, nature and good mental health through PosiviTree for CommuniTree. It's FREE to join. You can plant a tree with AST in the Tropics or in the UK.
I set up AST in January 2014 and in late 2020 we started funding planting and protecting trees. It's a labour of love run on a volunteer basis. Trees are a symbol of life. They are vital to combat climate change and mass extinctions. I also write a regular newsletter called Forest Heart on Substack which is also free.
I have Encephalitis Myalgia (ME for short also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome CFS) and Fibromyalgia. I am also late diagnosed autistic/ADHD. I also use these experiences as well to help others. I believe we all have the right to connect with nature for the health and well being of people and planet. My passion is to inspire, educate and empower.
