Sharing my journey on YouTube
Hi, I`m Katja, and I just quit my fancy job in media publishing to experiment with alternative lifestyles and build an artistic sanctuary in remote Bulgaria.
It all came after a severe burnout and years of depression & anxiety caused by a never-ending grind and going after goals that could never fulfill me.
I tried to live in the system, I did the 9-5 thing and the (digital) nomad life, but I finally realised what I really crave is a slow life connected with nature. So that's what I'm after now - a more sustainable life with less focus on the material and more on the overall well-being.
