20 March update

Mar 27, 2023

Woke up at 0400 to discover I could not pee!? After struggling with this all day, and half the night, I finally called 911 for an ambulance to come get me. I could barely move much less attempt to drive myself.

Then I got to watch the ambulance and two fire trucks drive around in circles looking for my flashing hazards. (One of the perks of boondocking). It was like a version of the Keystone Cops.

Long story short - made it 42 miles to the hospital, the ambulance died turing into the hospital (keystone cops), just before midnight a nurse drained 750ml out of me, was discharged a little after 0100.

...42 miles from home...

In a town without taxi, uber, lyft, or any public or private transportation.

🤦🏽‍♂️

Had to wait until the closest shuttle for hire service opened up at 0700. They were 100 miles away! The bill was 100$... in cash, in advance. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Now I get to stress over returning on next Monday to have the tube removed plus the ambulance and hospital ER bills...

Fixing up the floor just got pushed back to maybe next year.

Oh well... it is what it is.

I feel great, spring has sprung, it is all good. Appreciate you listening and Thank you in advance for any support you can toss my way... moral and otherwise.
