This weekend it is the long weekend and usually I'd be feeling so low because I knew that people would be out exploring and enjoying their weekend with their families or friends and I would be at home doing nothing.
Without realising, I planned this weekend to be a weekend of rest. Every month I allocated one full weekend off from all the activities to either take time to rest, clean, plan or even do something spontaneous. This weekend, I thought about doing my 'Getting Lost - Adventurers Edition' pack as it has been around 2 years since I last did it.
Last time I ended up travelling to my hometown Hamilton, getting my nails done and going to the zoo.
So as I am sitting here, I am shuffling the pack and preparing for an adventure for tomorrow :) In shuffling this pack, I am using 23 out of 26 cards!!
This is the order:
Head in the same direction as the wind is blowing.
Stop and take a picture
Google the word lake. Go to the first suggestion that comes up.
Stop for a treat.
Get on the highway or main road.
Head to the highest place that you can see.
Get on the main road, take the third exit.
Follow a white car.
Head North.
Turn down the first street that you see that starts with the letter M.
Take the first letter of the name of the youngest person in the car and go to the closest town or suburb starting with that letter.
Head South.
Follow a blue car.
Stop at the first park you see and have a swing.
Drive East until you see a sign for a beach and then follow the signs.
Turn Left.
Turn Right.
Sing and dance for the whole of the next song.
Drive to the next signposted natural attraction you see.
Take the next left.
Drive to a house you used to live in.
Turn Right.
Head for Home...
