This license allows the sale of Physical Prints of 3Z3D Exclusive Models only. It does not apply to remixes, collaborations, or non-exclusive designs.

Commercial Tiers & Permitted Channels

• Local Commercial License ($5/month):

  • Allows physical print sales in-person only (e.g., local craft fairs, markets, pop-ups, community events, local direct pickup).

  • Strictly NO online sales (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, personal e-commerce sites, social media shopfronts).

  • Strictly NO digital file sales (STL, 3MF, print profiles, or digital assets of any kind).

• Online Commercial License ($15/month):

  • Allows physical print sales both online and in-person across any digital platform or physical venue.

  • Strictly NO digital file sales (STL, 3MF, print profiles, or digital assets of any kind).

Grandfather Clause for Early Members

• Founding Member Exception: All commercial subscribers who joined prior to September 27, 2026 under the original $5/month tier are grandfathered in with full rights to perform both online and local sales at their current $5/month rate.

Terms

• Your license is only valid while you are actively subscribed to one of our commercial tiers. If your subscription ends, you must stop selling licensed products immediately.

• You may sell physical prints only of any Exclusive Models from our MakerWorld profile that are included in your active tier.

• You must include the following credit in every product listing description:
  “Designed by and licensed from 3Z3D.”

• You may use your own product names, branding, pricing, photos, and descriptions.

• You may sell in person or on online platforms according to your tier limits, provided you follow each platform’s rules.

Prohibited Uses

• You may NOT sell, share, distribute, or give away any digital model files, print profiles, or derivatives of our models.

• You may NOT sell Non-Exclusive Models from our MakerWorld profile.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Remixes or modified versions

  • Collaborative models

  • Models based on third-party or external licenses

  • Any model that is not an Exclusive Model on our Makerworld Profile

• You may NOT sell online under a Local Commercial License

• You may NOT imply ownership of the original design or claim the model as your own.

Enforcement

• Failure to follow these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

• Continued violations may result in further action to protect our intellectual property.

• We do not guarantee commercial success.

• You are solely responsible for print quality, customer service, fulfillment, and compliance with platform rules.
