3Z3D Exclusive Model Commercial License Information.

This license allows the sale of physical prints of 3Z3D Exclusive Models only. It does not apply to remixes, collaborations, or non-exclusive designs.

Terms

• Your license is only valid while you are actively subscribed to one of our commercial tiers. If your subscription ends, you must stop selling licensed products immediately.

• You may sell physical prints only of any Exclusive Models from our MakerWorld profile that are included in your active license.

• You must include the following credit in every product listing description:
  “Designed by and licensed from 3Z3D.”

• You may use your own product names, branding, pricing, photos, and descriptions.

• You may sell in person or on any platform, and on as many platforms as you choose, provided you follow each platform’s rules.

Prohibited Uses

• You may NOT sell, share, distribute, or give away any digital model files, print profiles, or derivatives of our models.

• You may NOT sell Non-Exclusive Models from our MakerWorld profile.

• This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Remixes or modified versions

  • Collaborative models

  • Models based on third-party or external licenses

  • Any model that is not an Exclusive Model on our Makerworld Profile

• You may NOT imply ownership of the original design or claim the model as your own.

Enforcement

• Failure to follow these terms may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

• Continued violations may result in further action to protect our intellectual property.

• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or business outcomes related to the use of this license.

• We do not guarantee commercial success.

• You are solely responsible for print quality, customer service, fulfillment, and compliance with platform rules.

• We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate licenses at any time.
