As a late diagnosed adult of AuDHD, it’s my passion to help all ND folk feel validated, seen and understood.

I run a peer to peer support group for ND adults. We have a free WhatsApp community, including a body doubling group, parenting support and general social chat.

I hope to share exclusive content on here. Such as coaching/support/advice for life as a neurodivergent. As well as general creative projects and products.
