Hi. My name is Roman and I'm a game designer. This is not my main job. It's something between a hobby and a part-time job. I have been doing this since my childhood, trying to find a way to create fun games. I was an organizer for LARP camps for more than 10 years, I designed and published 5 board games, and I wrote a book "LARP in scouting system" in Ukrainian. Game design is something that I want to do when I have inspiration and free time. I spend a lot of time playing and testing games created by others, so I have also decided to publish small reviews about the games. Mostly, I was playing those games because I thought they would help me to find some inspiration in the process of creating my game. We are talking right now about experiences from board games, and video games on PlayStation, Nintendo, Oculus, etc. I had been reading and listening to a lot of books (nearly 50/per year), so one day, if it is appropriate to our theme I will write a small review inspiration here.
Also, I want to talk about some UPDATES of my PnP version of this game. I will try to update every two weeks by adding new rules, new campaigns, more items, etc. I need to find a way to do these updates also for people who printed a previous version and right now need just two cards and some small changes in rules. If you have any ideas feel free to write them in the comments below or send me DM.
Why do I need a coffee? Because I'm addicted to coffee! Before moving to the USA I lived in Lviv (Ukraine) - the capital of Coffee. Every two meters in the city center, there are 1 or 2 coffee shops, so you may try any kind of coffee from all over the world. I’m joking! There are 3 or 4 coffee shops every two meters + a lot of places where you can take coffee to go. Also, your donation is a form of supporting my idea. If I write all these posts and work on a game, which nobody wants to play, maybe... nobody needs this except me?
This is a LEGO soldier in Ukrainian uniform. It was given to me by my cousin on my birthday, it’s staying near my laptop inspires me to work on my game.
