Teaching resources to support multilingual children

Sep 28, 2021

A few days ago was the EUROPEAN DAY OF LANGUAGE!

This day celebrates linguistic diversity, plurilingualism, and lifelong language learning.

Back in May, I published The Parents' Guide to Raise Multi-literate Children to help primarily parents, but also educators, to teach children to read and write in their home languages in a fun, engaging, and purposeful way.

In order to minimise the time you would spend preparing these games and activities, I have created a resources pack that was first released in French, Spanish, and English. Recently, Japanese has joined the lot!

Due to demand, I have opened Pre-Orders for 7 other resources packs to help finance their production. The languages being Arabic, Bangla, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, Italian, and Korean.

By using the Promo Code MULTILINGUALVILLAGE at check out, you will get a 40% discount on every pack bought or pre-ordered (Valid until 31 October)

When I started posting on Instagram about our multilingual and multi-literate journey in March last year, I met a very warm community where everyone helps everyone.

I rapidly felt how true the saying "it takes a village to raise a child" was! We all bring our skills and knowledge to the table to benefit everybody.

And this is how my company, The Library 4 Multilinguals, came to life. I wanted to contribute to raising the children of our multilingual village by sharing my expertise in teaching, and my experience growing up bilingual.

We need an average of 31 packs purchased per language to finance the translations and adaptation into these new languages.

If you or families and educators around you do NOT need these packs but would still want to SUPPORT THIS PROJECT, please consider Buying Me A Coffee. Check out the extra section for rewards.
