Hello Friends!
Thank you for stopping by and for supporting my channels. I'm a full time wife and homeschooling mom of 4. My mission is to keep families together and thriving, for the sake of the children. I have always LOVED children, and the thought of them having to go between two households because of a divorce or other reason, just does not rest well with me. I want every child to have a great start in life, and live in a secure home, where they learn about God, feel loved and appreciated for the gifts that they are. On The Excellent Family channel, I share homeschool videos of my family; as well as marriage advice, parenting tips; and whatever God lays on my heart. On The Good Thing Fitness channel, I post weekly biblical declarations, prayers and mini workouts. I figure if mom can get encouragement and strength for her spirit, soul and body in one place; then she can be the influence in her household that transforms her husband, children, community and future generations.
As a full-time wife and mom, I know the feelings of under appreciation and not feeling like your work matters. However, God doesn't see if that way! As full-time wives and mothers, it's imperative that we understand our value from God's perspective. I remember asking God to show me myself in the bible. He lead me to Judges 4. As I read about Jael, I began to see that this particular time in our lives should be used to strengthen and shape our nation; and to pull down demonic strongholds. Jael killed a Sisera, therefore causing Israel to triumph. 2 Corinthians 10:4 says: for the weapons of our warfare are not human weapons, but are made powerful by God for tearing down strongholds.
