I just launched a new Pro feature: Album Mode
Now, you can add images to an album and have frames cycle through images in the album.
How is this different from the existing Slideshows? The slideshows only go through the queue once and then stop. Album mode will continuously loop through all the images in your album!
Here is how to use it:
Step 1 ) Add images to your album
/vrc add image to album [IMAGE] [CAPTION]
Use this command to add images and text captions to your album
Step 2 ) Enable Album mode on the desired frames
/vrc set frame album mode [FrameID] [ENABLE/DISABLE]
Use this command to enable or disable Album mode for one or more frames.
Step 3 ) Set the image cycle interval
/vrc set album interval [DAY or HOUR]
Use this command to specify if you want your frames to change images once a day or once per hour. (defaults to day)
And that is it! Any frame you set to album mode will periodically select new images to show from your album.
Details
Your album can have up to 50 images. If you add more than 50 then the current oldest image is replaced with the newly added image.
Images are shown in frames in the order they have been added to your album. For example, If you have 4 images in your album and 2 frames in album mode: The first cycle will show images 1 and 2. Then the second cycle will display images 3 and 4. Then the album will loop and the following cycle will show images 1 and 2 again. And so on...
You can clear your album with the clear command. This will delete every image and caption from your album.
/vrc clear album
You can still post images to frames in album mode using the /vrc post image command. This doesn't stop or interfere with album mode so any image posted this way will eventually be replaced with an image from your album.
Check if a frame is in album mode by running /vrc image frame info and check the Album Slideshow value.
