As I start this day...
Dear God, I come to You this morning filled with gratitude, knowing You are the loving Shepherd who always searches for those who are lost. Just like You celebrate finding one lost sheep or one lost coin, I thank You for Your endless love and care for me, even when I stray. I admit that sometimes I’ve gone off track, and I ask for Your forgiveness, trusting that Your mercy always welcomes me back with open arms. Help me to put You first in everything I do today, remembering that my soul is precious to You, and help me find peace in knowing I’m safe with You.
Lord, please fill me with the same love and compassion You have for those who feel lost, so that I can show Your kindness to others. Let me be a witness of Your grace, always ready to reach out to anyone who feels forgotten or far from You. As I go through my day at work and with others, remind me of how much You value each person, and give me the eyes to see them as You do. May my life reflect Your joy in finding what was lost, and may I walk in the peace of being held in Your care. In Jesus' name, Amen.
