Work+Play Hub is a pioneering start-up charity, with a mission to revolutionize the well-being of parents in Edinburgh - by providing a unique coworking space with a on-site supervised creche. That means we offer a professional environment where parents can focus on their careers, while their children are engaged nearby.

Alongside workspace solutions, we deliver tailored mental health support and bridge digital inequalities through access to technology and training. We advocate for family-friendly workplace policies and gender equality, driving positive change beyond our doors. By reducing isolation, fostering community connections, and empowering struggling families, we strengthen both individual well-being and the wider family unit. Through an inclusive environment that helps parents and children grow together, Work+Play Hub ensures that everyone can thrive—personally, professionally, and within the community.

Funding will directly support our services and childcare programmes, ensuring we reach as many families as possible. By expanding our reach and improving our facilities, thus helping more parents, we will boost local economic resilience while ensuring children receive early learning experiences that set them up for success in school and beyond.
