Hey 👋 We're a couple from Montreal, Canada that started this project together as a way to put to use our passion, experience and knowledge about physical activity.

Haley is a registered pediatric Nurse with a CanFitPro certification and a lot of experience in running with several marathons under her belt.

Nico's a certified Massage therapist and has a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and has experience as a corporate speaker and in the 'theory of running' (while having also completed a couple marathons ;P)
