🚀 Getting Started
How do I open the tool? Once installed, simply click the Suno Manager icon in your Firefox toolbar (top right). This will instantly open the sidebar. Note: You must be logged into Suno.com for the tool to connect.
My workspaces aren't showing up. How do I sync? If you created a new project or your list looks outdated, simply click your Profile Name/Badge at the top of the sidebar.
⬇️ Downloading & Features
Can I download my whole library? Yes. Select "Full Library" in the source dropdown. The tool is engineered to handle 20,000+ songs without crashing your browser.
Can I zip my files? Yes. Under the "Folder Structure" section, check the box for "Zip each song individually." This will compress the audio, cover art, and metadata for each song into a single, tidy archive.
How do I organize the files? You have two powerful organization options:
Group by Workspace: Creates a main folder for each Project/Workspace (e.g., Downloads/My Album/).
Create Song Folders: Creates a sub-folder for every song containing all its files (MP3, JSON, Lyrics, Cover).
Why can't I change settings while downloading? To protect your data, we enable "Safe Mode" while the queue is running. This locks the filters and file formats so you don't accidentally corrupt a batch. To change settings, click "Stop", adjust your settings, and then rescan.
🛡️ Resume & Stability
What if my browser crashes or I close it? No problem. The tool features Smart Resume.
Open Firefox and the Suno Manager sidebar again.
The tool will detect the unfinished batch.
Click the big red "RESUME BATCH" button to pick up exactly where you left off.
The queue paused with an "Error Limit" message. This is the Circuit Breaker protection. If Suno's servers fail 3 times in a row, we auto-pause the queue to prevent failed downloads. Wait a few minutes, then click "Resume (Retry)".
It says "Token Expired." Your security login for Suno lasted too long (usually >1 hour). Fix: Refresh the Suno.com page, wait for the tool to say "Ready," and then click Resume.
Why do WAV files take so long? Suno generates WAVs on-demand, which can be slow. The tool uses "Patient Mode," checking the server every 5 seconds for up to 3.5 minutes to ensure we get your file without timing out.
