Although I've been fairly excited about all of the releases so far, I am very excited for the next two. In July, I will be publishing Volume 4, Ignisalvador. This is a city that was once known to the world as El Salvador, but with CTAC and the emergence of the city's dragon overlord, the city was renamed. There are a handful of reasons why I'm excited for this one. First, I am releasing a new playable class for the game: the Shaman. I considered Shamans from Shadowrun and the Diablo franchise as inspirations, but I also wanted to do something a little different with it. In some ways, it also takes inspiration from the Ranger class in D&D. I really do hope Lowlife players find this class useful and fun. The second reason I'm excited for this one is because of the addition of two things that can randomly affect the players (for better or worse) and potentially provide an interesting and unexpected twist on the jobs they run. These new additions are the Quantum Plague and Dimensional Rifts. The Quantum Plague is something that has a chance to affect anyone with cyberware and Dimensional Rifts are akin to interdimensional weather phenomena. I'll be super interested to hear how players integrate these ideas into their games.

As for August: Volume 5. This one takes its inspiration from the great floating island of garbage in the Pacific Ocean. I am stoked for it, too, because I will be releasing another new playable class, the Combat Medic, and a new piece of cyberware to go along with the class.
Ignisalvador is done and ready to be published when the day comes, but Volume 5 is still a work-in-progress. And, full disclosure, life has gotten busy so I can't 100% guarantee Volume 5 will launch the first Friday in August like I currently plan to, but I will make every effort to make it happen. Not only that, but I am really excited because Volume 6 will be taking inspiration from the World of Darkness and the city featured will be located in Germany. Volume 6 will also have a new class, but I still have to flesh out what that means and how it will play in the game.
BUT, that's it for now. As always, feel free to comment. Let me know what cities, classes, playable races, NPCs, cyberware, etc. you'd like to see added to the amazing cyberpunk fantasy dystopia of Lowlife 2090 and I'll see whether or not I can make it work.
Cheers!
