I've got the front page of the course set up. It still needs some work - well, alot of work - but I'm happy so far and got to try out the platform I'll be hosting it on initially. I say initially because I'll look at other platforms too, once I've got it up and running.
After some research into the options I chose to go with Payhip, not least because there's no upfront or monthly cost (which I don't have money for) just a percentage of the sales. It's also very user-friendly and easy to set up. And it's an small UK company.
There's still a long way to go, there's a lot of content to create but that's coming together. I'm not one to do things by halves and this isn't simply about generating an income, the course will need to deliver on it's promises and offer participants a genuine opportunity to transform their lives.
I've had my head in Online Instructional Design manuals for the past couple of weeks which, together with my qualification last year to teach in the Life-long Learning Sector (LLS), has given me a solid understanding of what it will take to achieve that.
I'd love to hear your comments. All feedback is welcome and very much appreciated. I'm particularly keen to get some constructive criticism. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below. Thank you again for your support, it's what's driving this forward.
If you haven't become a member yet please consider it, it's my only form of income while I'm working on this. 'Friends of Whole Health' is only £10 a month and you'll get free access to the course when it launches. And I'm extremely grateful to the one Benefactor I have so far.
