PulseThread SIS — Governed Execution & Offloading Framework (Pro Edition)
PulseThread SIS (PT-SIS) is a governance-first execution and offloading framework for Minecraft servers, built to keep complex servers stable, responsive, and fast under real-world load.
Rather than allowing plugins to compete independently for tick time, PulseThread introduces a shared, policy-governed execution system that continuously observes server health and coordinates when and how work is allowed to run.
PulseThread is not a single plugin.
It is a multi-plugin platform composed of a shared execution core, a runtime safety layer, and hook-based offloaders that work together behind the scenes to manage load, control execution, and eliminate unsafe async patterns.

Pro Edition Overview
────────────────────────────────
The Pro Edition of PulseThread SIS builds on the Community foundation by expanding execution capacity, tightening control, and unlocking advanced runtime visibility.
Pro is designed for servers that already have CPU headroom and want to use it safely.
Includes everything in the Community Edition, plus:
• Higher Offloading Capacity
- Increased execution budgets and concurrency limits
- More aggressive offloading when conditions are healthy
- Faster turnaround for heavy and repeated workloads
- Still fully governed by safety and stability policies
• PulseAI
- Advanced entity and behavior processing
- Ray-centric perception, visibility, and reaction systems
- AI workloads staged through governed execution lanes
- Behavior dynamically scales with server health and load
• PulseHealth
- Runtime execution and system health visibility
- Insight into workload pressure, queues, and offload activity
- Tools for diagnosing performance bottlenecks and tuning behavior
If CPU headroom exists, Pro is designed to use it.
When conditions degrade, the system adapts immediately instead of collapsing.
Speed emerges from stability — not unsafe shortcuts.

Execution Model
────────────────────────────────
PulseThread uses a synchronous-first execution model.
Heavy computation may occur asynchronously, but all world mutation is applied synchronously or through region-safe execution paths. There are no unsafe async Bukkit mutations and no hidden bypasses.
All work flows through a shared pipeline where it is:
- staged
- batched
- rate-limited
- governed fairly between plugins, players, and worlds
The system continuously answers:
“How much work can safely execute right now without harming gameplay?”

Architecture & Performance
────────────────────────────────
PulseThread achieves high real-world throughput by coordinating execution instead of brute-forcing async.
At its core, it leverages:
- multi-tier caching (hot / warm / cold / execution-scoped)
- snapshot reuse to bridge off-thread and real-time execution
- execution-aware batching and merge behavior
- dynamic backpressure and intake control
- virtual threads and efficiency-thread utilization
- policy-driven execution lanes (not unrestricted async)
When conditions are healthy, throughput is pushed hard.
When conditions degrade, execution contracts immediately.

Community vs Pro
────────────────────────────────
Community Edition:
- Drop-in execution governor
- Architecture-locked
- Tuned for public validation and testing
Pro Edition:
- Higher execution and offloading limits
- Advanced AI and behavior systems
- Runtime health and execution visibility
- Stronger control surfaces for real production environments
Enterprise builds expand this further with effectively unbound configuration for high-throughput deployments.
