• Please, do not rush me. No problem if you ask me every so often about the status of your order, but do not rush me: the delay will surely have a reason.

• At the moment the order is confirmed, I will inform you of the place you occupy in the waiting list so that you can have an idea of ​​when I will start with your order, and at the moment you start I will let you know.

• When I finish the initial sketch I will send it privately to the client; Once you tell me if you want to make a change or correction, I will continue with the drawing.

• Send your form to [email protected] or DeviantArt's notes. I reserve the right to refuse commission requests that I do not want to make.

• If the drawing has too many details, I will take the liberty of simplifying them unless the client is willing to pay extra income (and wait a little longer).

• I will decide on my own what to do with the details that I have not specified when placing the order, such as pose, expression, etc.

• When placing the order, they accept that I publish WIPs and the finished product of it in my social networks (with the respective credits for the authorship of characters).

• Once you receive the order, you are free to publish it anywhere, but always giving me credits and without removing my signature. You can not, under any circumstances, market with my drawings or claim to have made them. All my works are protected by Safe Creative.

• At the moment they place the order, they have to pay a deposit (50% of the total price), and once the payment is credited, I will start with the drawing. From the moment they pay the deposit, a place is reserved on the waiting list. Once finished, I will send a capture of the drawing (with reduced size and watermark) to the commissioner, so that the latter must pay the rest of the payment. Then I will send an email with the image in original size and without watermark.

• Even if the prices of my drawings vary, at the moment they pay the deposit the price of their order is fixed. That is, I will not increase the price in the time it takes me to deliver the result.

• I will only make refunds after 15 days after they have sent the deposit, if by then I have not sent any sketch. If 15 days have not passed since the order was placed and/or I have already started the drawing, there will be no refund.

• The proof of payment, as well as the finished result, will be sent via e-mail. This result (the draw) will be published on my networks. If you provide me with a username, it will be labeled in the publication.

• I do not deliver the editable file.

• If you can do this, I prefeer the form in spanish. But english is good too.
