Unlock the path to weight loss without the issues of traditional diets
Greetings Everyone!
I'm Steve, hailing from the vibrant Manchester area in the UK. I'm thrilled to welcome you to this page, especially designed for those eager to support my transformative project without the need for a PayPal membership.
You can contribute by buying me a "coffee" here, which essentially means donating funds to spread awareness about the potential of losing weight through a simple lifestyle change, steering clear of conventional diets.
A heartfelt thank you to each supporter! I've authored the We Can’t Spell Success Without You Powerplan book, an easy read advocating 17 life-changing habits that empower individuals to enhance health, combat diabetes, and shed weight. These habits are complemented by videos promoting home cooking to reduce calorie intake and a brand alternative section for those who dislike cooking, enabling them to relish familiar meals with fewer calories, saturated fats, and carbohydrates.
In my videos, I cover a spectrum of topics—from achieving better sleep to endorsing healthier food brands and reviewing kitchen gadgets. Additionally, I engage in Q&A sessions to provide honest answers to viewer queries.
The Why? The We Can’t Spell Success Without You Powerplan evolved over 9 years, rooted in over 30 years of personal research due to unexplained weight gain linked to genetics. Having faced failed diets and a diabetes diagnosis during anorexia and bulimia research, the 17 habits enabled me to reverse diabetes in 18 weeks, maintaining a diabetes-free life for over 5 years—a testament to the plan's potency in improving health and aiding weight loss.
Results? Numerous testimonials highlight the plan's effectiveness, liberating individuals from misleading commercial diets, leading to a healthier, cost-efficient lifestyle.
The Future? As a solo endeavour, this PowerPlan has laid the foundation for our website and YouTube outreach, but I envision reaching thousands more. With your support, we can expand awareness, offering an alternative to those battling obesity and type 2 diabetes since 2020, helping them improve health, escape diabetes, and lose weight.
Thank you immensely for your support, and warm greetings from the PowerPlan Project.
Steve
