Bugs Fixed (Advanced Weather App)

The advanced weather app has been updated and now works on sites like Netlify, which hosts its websites over HTTPs. This is a quick fix. I simply changed the link in the fetch method from 'http' to 'https'. A big thanks for Nick Vo for notifying me about these small issues. If you ever find any other issues yourself, let me know and I will update them as soon as possible. Thanks!
