Hi!
So today, we had Sunday, and I decided to walk a little. This time I went to Podil. It's an ancient historical part of Kyiv. Wikipedia gives a lot of details about it (here).
If you come to Kyiv someday, I highly recommend visiting Podil, seeing its beautiful architecture, and walking its streets (some of them are only for pedestrians, no cars). You may start from the Poshtova Ploshcha metro station. As I did it today.
It's one of the first pictures I saw when I came out of the metro station.
It was cold a little. But I put on a lot of clothes (I was like a cabbage). And I knew that soon I would have a warcoffee in one of my favorite cafes here.
(it's not the cafe in the picture below; just a beautiful building).
I saw the restaurant with ribbons and even came closer to look at them. I don't know whether they have some meaning. Probably no.
These two buildings together are like two different epochs. They are empty. Maybe someone had some plans before the war. A gallery? Restaurant? Hotel? Luxury houses?
Do you like to look at the windows during your walks? I adore. This one was so bright and colorful. We are too tired from the grey colors of war and winter. So my eyes were dancing. Horray, not grey!
Two sad bears. Who decided it was a good idea to put them here and even dress up? I had a strong desire to hug them.
I made some short videos and decided at last:

So I turned around and saw this. Podil, in all its beauty.
When I came into the cafe, there were a lot of people. I sat near the door, ordered warcoffee, and some breakfast, and started writing my nobook (the book that shouldn't have been written).
Yesyes, there was coffee in the cup (I added some water after taking this picture).
