It's my favorite thing to paint: Flowers! Yes, yes I know, predictable, but flowers will be taking a backseat after this series, and I am very proud of the work I have done. Mostly because the work was so extremely difficult.
I have finally finished those dang outlines. I actually wrote this article well in advance to serve as a deadline so that I actually finished the outlines before the 15th. This is how we trick our brain into productivity. But it didn't quite work. I still wasn't finished, so I pushed it back to the 22nd. You win this time brain...
I've included some pictures in my gallery and the product shots are up in the shop. Each set has all four images, so if you order magnets, you get four. Order postcards? you get four. Ordered stationary? You guessed it: you get all four.
I thought I'd post a what you can expect post for the next few months so here it is:
You can expect a chapbook by the summer. I will be self publishing and it will be available in the shop. A word to the wise and a very candid point: If you know me personally and we have a very particular dynamic, do not-- I repeat- do not buy this chapbook. Instead, wait for some of my other writing projects. That announcement will be in your inbox before the end of the year. This Chapbook is very blatantly personal and intimate and explicit, and if we don't have that relationship. then please don't buy my book. If you wish to support my writing, regardless of the topic, you can buy me a couple of coffees or buy something else out of the shop. You can also go to my Medium account and become a follower there. If we do, then please buy away. Buy it for a friend. or a lover. or a friend you hope to have as a lover. Or for you. It's perfect for all of those dynamics.
You can expect a new Queer series in June just in time for pride. I'll be making lots of queer content again, and I hope you purchase all of that merch to your heart's content. Hopefully this summer I will be taking my queer little Knick knacks to different festivals and markets around Texas. If you have any other locations you recommend drop those in the comments so I can take a gander at my options. I'd love to share my art with more and more folks!
