As stated in the most recent development blog, the Wave 3 of Closed Beta invites is starting on August, 21st (00:00 UTC) and ends on October, 6th (12:00 UTC).
If you've supported us on Patreon or Buy Me a Coffee before or during the wave, you gain access to WalkScape Closed Beta immediately.
The Closed Beta keeps running after the Wave ends - Waves only mean that they're a time during which we invite new players in.
