How to get up early?

If you want to get up early, you must give your body a chance to cooperate with you. Give it a proper rest and it will give you what you want: highly productive from early morning.

Last night, I went to bed at 9.30, I know, it’s the bedtime for kids but it worked like a charm. I woke up at around 3:40, the alarm hadn’t rung yet, and so I slept a little more. When it was 4.00, the alarm rang, I totally woke up, got up and didn’t feel tired.

All because I went to bed at 9.30 the night before.

So going to bed at 9.30 and getting up at 4.00 is my working recipe to be an early bird.

The next step is to continue this, make it a routine habit, maintain it for the rest of my life.
