Yung 2 seasons na nag champion kami.
* Season 69 - Made me realize na age is just a number when it comes to VB. Kahit bata ka pa lang (2nd year ako that time) pwedeng pwede ka makapag contribute sa success ng team as long as you work hard and believe in yourself.
* Season 72 - Final playing year.

Most heartbreaking game that you’ve lost as a coach and why?
PVL Open Conference playoffs (last year) VS Banko Perlas. We won the game in 4 sets pero, for our team to be able to qualify, kailangan manalo kami in 3 sets. It was a great match pero sayang. 🤷🏽♀️
Sweetest game that you’ve won as a coach and why?
QCAA Season 8 - Poveda HS Volleyball. Umuwi kaming may medal and trophy for the school.🤍

Most improved player from Motolite, in what way?
Bernadette Flora. Nakita ko yung transition niya from College to pro. Yung mindset niya every training, her attitude on and off the court nag mature na siya. When it comes to her VB skills, I’ve seen massive improvements sa defense niya. Kahit naman before maaasahan mo si Flora when it comes to defending pero I can say na this time she’s on a different level. Also sa hitting, mas fearless and confident na siya.

Sobrang daming quotable quotes ni Boss pero yung isang pinaka tumatak sa isip ko is yung “PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT” almost every week naririnig ko yan sa kanya.
